Service terms

1. Contractor

Development services are contracted with Smart coop ([À COMPLÉTER]). DOG&DEV / Martin Lechêne acts as technical executor unless the quote states otherwise.

2. Quotes and orders

Each assignment requires a written quote valid for 15 days. The order is binding upon signed quote and deposit if applicable.

3. Deposit

A deposit of up to 75% may be required. The exact amount is specified on each quote.

4. Client obligations

The client provides content and approvals within 3 business days unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery and review

2 review cycles are included. Additional cycles may be billed separately.

6. Acceptance

The client has 10 days to report blocking discrepancies. Otherwise delivery is deemed tacitly accepted.

7. Bug fixes

Reproducible defects attributable to the provider are fixed free of charge for 30 days after acceptance.

8. Intellectual property

Rights transfer is defined in the quote. By default, rights transfer upon full payment.

9. Portfolio

The provider may reference the project in its portfolio unless the client objects in writing before delivery.

10. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's confidential information secret.

11. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay due to force majeure under Belgian law.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate after 15 days' notice following material breach. Work performed remains due.

13. Liability

Aggregate provider liability is capped at 1000 € except gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

14. Quote priority

In case of conflict, the signed quote prevails over these general terms.

15. Applicable law

Belgian law applies.
