Terms and conditions of sale

1. Seller

Sales are concluded with Smart coop — BCE [À COMPLÉTER] — VAT [À COMPLÉTER] — [À COMPLÉTER].

2. Products and prices

Prices are shown in euros incl. VAT at the Belgian rate of 21% unless stated otherwise.

3. Order and payment

Orders are confirmed after payment via Stripe. Delivery is immediate via download or email access.

4. Consumers (B2C) — right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason under Belgian consumer law.

Exception: for immediately delivered digital content, you must tick the waiver box at checkout. If not downloaded within 14 days, a refund may be granted. Contact [À COMPLÉTER].

5. Businesses (B2B)

Business orders are not subject to consumer withdrawal rules.

6. Licence

Unless specified on the product page, each purchase grants a non-exclusive licence for one (1) project. Resale and redistribution of source code as-is are prohibited.

7. Legal guarantees

Statutory consumer guarantees apply under Belgian law.

8. Liability

Seller liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
